tickets and reservations
You may make reservation by purchasing tickets online, in person at the Riverwalk Theatre Box Office or by calling Riverwalk Theatre at (517) 482- 5700. (Box office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and two hours before performances.)

- Leave a message if calling outside of Box Office Hours or if staff is unavailable.
- Include your name, telephone number, show name, date of performance, number and type of tickets needed (Regular/ Senior/Student/Military/Child), and whether you will be using season Ticket coupons or other types of coupons (Comp tickets, Promo tickets...)
- Payment for musicals is due 24 hours before the performance; intended use of Season Ticket Coupons qualifies as advance payment.
- Season Ticket Coupons and all other Coupons must be exchanged for tickets, and do not guarantee seats without an advance reservation. Coupons will be honored at the box office on a first-come-first-served basis. Only Season Ticket holders and groups of 25 or more can reserve seats before the start of general ticket sales for each show.
- Black Box shows are open seating; advance reservations assure seating in case of a sellout.
