• Please leave your name, phone number, show title, date and time, number of seats, how many Season Coupons or comp tickets you will use, and how many adult, senior or student tickets you will pay for with cash, check or credit card. There is a 50-cents-per-ticket surcharge for credit card orders by phone or at the theatre (except for Season Tickets.)

• Pick up reserved tickets when you come to the show — or in advance to avoid the lines. (Box office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:30  p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and two hours before performances.)

• Payment for musicals is due 24 hours before the performance; intended use of Season Ticket Coupons qualifies as advance payment.

• Season Ticket Coupons must be exchanged for tickets, and do not guarantee seats without an advance reservation. Coupons will be honored at the box office on a first-come-first-served basis. Only Season Ticket holders and groups of 25 or more can reserve seats before the start of general ticket sales for each show.

• Black Box shows are open seating; advance reservations assure seating in case of a sellout.
