A note about the difference between productions and special events:
Special events are intended to be extremely flexible with light footprints within the building as they get plugged into gaps in the calendar between productions. Most frequently occurring on Fridays and/or Saturdays; on a stage in the beginning of a full production's rehearsal period. Any set pieces should be kept to freestanding elements that can be moved around in the shared space. Special events should not expect to have more than two approximate weeks for consecutive on site rehearsals, please be very clear in the open ended questions regarding the needs of your event; we are open to considering more involved productions we just need to make sure we have adequate space and time before making selections.
